天津 Tianjing

香港～深圳～北京～天津に行ってきました。

北京空港の広さ、車のマナーの悪さ、中華料理の美味しさ、に驚いた日々でした。

写真は天津の狗不理（ゴゥブリ）という有名な包子（バォズィ）屋さんでの一こま。その場で蒸しあげてくれます。中国ではなかなか有名なブランドのようです。

I've come back to Japan from business trip in China (Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Beijing, Tianjing).

I was amazed the size of Beijing airport, the bad manners of car driving and the taste of Chinese cuisine.

This is a picture of making Baozi that is steamed stuffed bun. This restaurant's name is Goubuli, which was opened in 1858. The chef  steamed them in front of us. Goubuli is a famous brand in China.
